Job Description:
Involve in configuration management, integrations, incident management, and support issues. Create and customize user interfaces and automate business processes and workflows using visual interface. Design and develop custom HR services, record producers (employee forms), and bi-directional integrations using ServiceNow App Engine. Implement a Virtual Agent chatbot and HR case workflows. Configure HR Agent Workspace to enhance productivity. Integrate CSDM principles with the CMDB for accurate data entry for key configuration items (CIs). Identify recurring issues and root causes. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Bachelor’s degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master’s degree. Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable.
