As the founding President and CEO of ABAL Technologies, Abhishek Alugaddala is responsible for setting up the overall business strategy, direction and management of the company. He has over 18 Years of experience in planning, architecting, developing and delivering IT Solutions to Banking, Telecom, Insurance and Healthcare industries. As a leader responsible for driving company growth and ROI, he believes in a business strategy built upon continuous innovation and investment in core capabilities.
Abhishek holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova University.

Suhasini Vigrahala

Early on in her corporate HR career, Suhasini Vigrahala earned a reputation as a confident, fearless advisor. Suhasini has over 15 years of experience in human resources and consulting services in Client Delivery Management, Recruiting, Selection, Employee relations and Organizational development. She has worked predominantly with Management and other agencies to improve hiring processes, employee engagement, policy, regulatory compliance and organizational effectiveness through process improvement, streamlining processes, employee training and development, and coaching.
