We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in backend engineering, cloud integrations, and data driven application development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, working across modern cloud platforms, and contributing to enterprise level architecture.
• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs integrated with Genesys Cloud CX for real time customer engagement.
• Implement resilient integrations with a strong focus on performance tuning, error handling, and high availability.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure OpenAI into backend workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support containerized deployments on Azure.
• Manage authentication and secrets using OAuth 2.0 and cloud native security tools.
• Use Terraform to build and maintain Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement observability using CloudWatch and Azure Monitor.
• Develop analytics pipelines for API usage and workflow insights.
• Design automated data ingestion into Snowflake using dbt Cloud and SQL.
• Orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow and deploy Docker applications in AWS.
• Automate processes using Python and Groovy.
• Provide on call support and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Solid knowledge of API development, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
• Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Exposure to enterprise scale observability and monitoring tools.
